Adding amounts from the Insert button

 
  1. Choose Timecards from the navigation list.
  2. The Timecards area will open, select the desired employee.
  3. Select the Insert button and choose Amounts, the Edit Amounts window will open.
  4. Choose the New Amount button.
  5. Set the date the amount will be applied to.
  6. Select which pay code to apply for the amount, for example Tips.
  7. Enter the value of the amount, for example 25.00 for $25 dollars.
  8. Select Save and Exit.  The amount will be added to the timecard.
